Our occupational health and safety management, based on the basic principle of “Health and Safety First, Then Work” aims to provide “Always a Better Working Environment” in order to fulfill the requirements of applicable laws, statutes and regulations and to be in a structure compatible with the international ISO 45001-2018 OHS management system standards.


Our company, which operates in the Hygiene Sector, is classified as “Hazardous Occupation” according to Occupational Safety legislation. Therefore, Occupational Health and Occupational Safety are among our priority targets for our company and our employees.


Improving the working environment, identifying and preventing “personal” risks for each of our employees, and protecting the health and safety of all our employees and visitors are among the top priority responsibilities of our company and our managers.

For the success of OHS management, everyone is responsible for being aware of their responsibilities, complying with the rules and contributing to the prevention of risks.

ENERGY POLICY

As HALK HİJYENİK employees, in our production services;

Complying with all legal and international legislation, regulations, mandatory standards and customer requirements in terms of the use, consumption and efficiency of energy,

Continuously monitoring the energy management system and performance and carrying out improvement activities,

Providing the necessary information and resources, taking energy factors into account, to achieve energy targets and objectives,

Communicating effectively with employees, customers, stakeholders and subcontractors to create common value and beneficial results for Energy Management issues,

Increasing awareness and sensitivity regarding energy consumption by providing training to all employees and subcontractors,

Regulating and reviewing the energy policy, energy targets and objectives; by creating and documenting a framework to be reviewed and updated at certain periods and to be announced to all levels,

Preferring high energy efficiency products to improve energy performance, supporting designs that help improve energy performance, and preferring companies that carry out energy efficiency services, products and management activities in the services they receive

In line with consumer and market demands, in accordance with the conditions of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / GMP / ISO 50001:2018 Management System Standards, our organization aims to offer to the market products that use energy and natural resources efficiently, comply with legal and other conditions, are produced at the desired standard quality, at the lowest possible cost and without harming the environment.


In line with this, our organization undertakes to comply with legal and customer requirements regarding the use, consumption and efficiency of energy, and to constantly monitor and improve its energy management system and energy performance.


To increase employees’ awareness on quality, energy efficiency and occupational health and safety; our organization adopts to provide the necessary information, infrastructure and resources, to organize continuous training and to take energy efficiency and quality criteria as a basis in supplier and service provider selection.


The most important part of our policy is to improve our product quality and energy performance starting from the source. In this direction, we collaborate with our suppliers and subcontractors, integrating them into our management system through energy efficiency and quality criteria.


We focus on continuous improvement opportunities for the development of our organization and the industry, planning and achieving measurable targets to ensure the continuity and sustainability of our quality systems.

Our goal is to satisfy customers and ensure their trust by meeting their demands at the first time, on time and economically.

Within the scope of Halal Management System and Food Safety in our business, which produces Baby Diapers, Hygienic Pads, Adult Diapers, 3-Ply Face Mask, Wet Wipes, Body Cleaning Wipes, Surface Cleaning Wipes;

To produce our products in accordance with OIC SMIIC 1:2019 General Requirements for Halal Food, Food Safety Management System Standard, Turkish Food Codex, national and international legislation, standards and specifications at all stages,


To produce halal packaging products in accordance with Islamic rules,


To carry out production in accordance with halal production conditions, under hygienic conditions, with high efficiency and at the most economical cost,


To prevent and manage halal food safety hazards that may be encountered from our suppliers to our consumers; ensuring the control and continuity of applications,


To increase the competencies of our employees by providing halal training and to ensure their active participation in improvement activities,
